Susan joined Indigo as an Associate in early 2010 to provide Financial and Human Resources support to Indigo’s clients. Uniquely versatile, professionally qualified (CIMA and CIPD), and pragmatic, she brings a passion for problem solving to helping organisations address complex business issues.

Susan has worked in Finance, IT and HR roles across public, commercial and charity sectors in Edinburgh, London, Windsor, Amsterdam and Bermuda. Her extensive experience means that she can advise and support clients with both business and people-development requirements.

Susan offers financial expertise in business planning, building business cases, feasibility studies, budgeting and forecasting. Her human resource experience enables her to support clients regarding staff retention, organisation culture, staff morale, reward policies, job design and learning and development (policies and staff development). She can deploy these skills in a wide range of situations from consultancy support to facilitating development workshops.
