Lawson joined Indigo in September 2008 as Fundraising Consultant, offering support to organisations to find funding opportunities for their new projects through grants from Charitable Trusts and Big Lottery, whilst also keeping an eye on other potential funds; he is also responsible for the Funding Bulletin.

Before joining Indigo, Lawson worked as the Major Gifts Fundraiser for Shelter Scotland for three years, developing relationships with Trusts and companies, researching and writing applications for Shelter’s projects in the North of England and the whole of Scotland.
