| Anne Paton, Director | People... | Experience... |
Anne is responsible for our fundraising and project management contracts, so spends much of her time working with further education bodies, voluntary organisations and NGOs to develop, manage and evaluate projects.
Anne’s main areas of expertise are social inclusion and training projects, and she has an in-depth understanding the needs of and challenges facing those excluded from the labour market. She has extensive experience of analysing project processes and outcomes, facilitating focus groups and stakeholder interviews, designing questionnaires and producing final evaluation reports. Anne has been involved in the evaluation of a range of programmes and projects including SCVO’s New Deal programme across Scotland (2004), Targeting Tourism Tayside Colleges Collaboration (2004-6) and Edinburgh Council’s Lothian Transitions Programme Project (2006). In a typical year, Anne will handle as many as 50 projects across areas such as social inclusion, education, tourism, social enterprise and training. As a result, Anne is something of an expert in the areas best practice and service provision across Scotland. Prior to joining Indigo, Anne worked in marketing within the private sector. She is adept at developing projects that not only meet identified needs, but are also deliverable and fit the criteria outlined by the funding body.
