The second ESF and ERDF application round for the Lowlands and Uplands Scotland area has been announced.  As with the first round, a two-stage application process will be in place.

Important dates for your diary are as follows:

Deadline for online registration with €urosys                                8 August 2008

Closing date for submission of First Stage Applications               15 August 2008

Call for Second Stage Application Forms

Closing date for submission of Second Stage Applications          10 October 2008

ESEP report that application seminars will take place between July and September.  

In order to apply you will need to be registered for the new €urosys online application system.  The registration process is quick and easy – just a short online form which asks for the organisation’s details – but is an essential part of the process as without it you will not be able to access the online application form.  Online registration is open and can be completed at www.eurosys.scotland.gov.uk.  The deadline for registration is 8th August 2008.

Please note that if you plan to apply for ESF or ERDF funding but have not yet made any applications to the 2007-2013 programme, for example during the Shadow Round or Round 1, you will first need to register your organisation as an applicant.  This is in addition to the €urosys registration; details can be found at http://www.esep.co.uk/02-applications-registration.html.
