1. We first worked with Perth Council on the successful development of a partnership project under the Interreg 3B Programme for a major investment project at Perth Harbour. The high profile, €5.5 million project has increased trade in the region, leading to sustainable economic growth. In addition to providing project management support on this, we have also organised the 2006 Transnational Project Conference at Perth Concert Hall.

 

2. We have recently completed an evaluation of a Leonardo transnational project.  Partners from the UK, Finland, Bulgaria, Greece and Italy came together to share their knowledge and expertise in order to tackle the barriers that prevent people with disabilities from accessing training, and employment. As part of our evaluation, we attended meetings in partner countries and undertook intensive consultations with beneficiaries and stakeholders to help create materials and training modes, which are now rolling out across Europe.
