Norwegian Group Study Visit to Aberdeen

Indigo is helping to organise a study visit to Aberdeen for a group from the Rogaland County Council Committee for the Disabled, based in Stavanger in Norway.  The study visits will take place over 3 days in August and will see the group visit a variety of social enterprises that are run for the benefit of people with disabilities in Aberdeen.  The group will also meet with representatives from the Disability and Equalities team at Aberdeen City Council, local disability groups, Councillors and specialist architects to learn about best practice and procedures in Aberdeen.  The trip, which was initially planned for earlier this year, had to be rescheduled due to the volcanic ash disruption to flights in April.  We hope there are no disruptions to air space this time!
