The dinner marks the official launch of the The Bowmore Ben Nevis Challenge 2011. Twelve teams will undertake the ultimate challenge, a wheelchair user led ascent of Ben Nevis. Guided by Ken Hames, disabled people with a variety of impairments and non disabled people work together to achieve a shared goal – to get to the top, raise awareness and generate much needed funds. Scaling Scotland’s highest mountain will be a challenge to every single member of the teams taking part, and one, which will require teamwork, determination and perseverance. Help us mark the launch of the event and start the fundraising for this ultimate challenge.
